Herbie is proud to be a founding member of the LIVE Coalition (Legacy, Innovation & Virtual Estate Planning). LIVE unites leaders dedicated to modernizing our nation’s estate planning laws to enable secure, digital solutions.
LIVE will work with policymakers and stakeholders to advance practical reforms that expand access, strengthen safeguards, and allow digital estate planning across more states.
Recent and ongoing coalition work includes:
Recent progress: Enacted digital estate planning legislation in New York, Missouri, and North Dakota in 2025
Active 2026 campaigns: Supporting legislative efforts in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Utah, New Jersey, and Mississippi
