Josh is a Partner and Co-Founder of Herbie Legal. Josh began his career as a corporate attorney at the premier firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he focused on debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and commercial agreements.

After Cravath, Josh ventured more and more into the start-up world. A licensed pilot and with a passion for aviation, Josh worked at two aerospace companies in corporate and legal roles, structuring commercial aircraft transactions and related financings for a $2 billion portfolio at Wings Capital Partners, and then ultimately leading all growth-stage corporate functions at Overair, an eVTOL aircraft startup.

After his father passed away, Josh learned first-hand the challenges of estate administration and set out to ease the process for others. He brings compassion and understanding of the estate administration experience into his service of clients.

Josh lives in the Atlanta suburbs with his wife and children and spends time in Herbie's New York office as well.
